This is from the very popular little TEAC 2A mixer, it gets alot of bad press,but at the time there was not much else around
for the same price and there are still thousands of these around the world in pubs and bars etc.
This is a standard input channel they are very easy to replace just remove the knobs and bottom plate and then two screws and disconnect the molex plugs, I guarantee the channels work, if you get a duff fader I will send another fader
