Tascam 38 capstan pulley

This was taken from  Tascam 38 but they seem to be common in all the machines I have seen, probably pulleys from US/Japan 60hz machines maybe a different size.

I have a bigger pulley seen on a 22-2 but it was a UK unit and not sure why they used that there
