Tascam 688 power supply pcb 52102849-01 or 02

The 688 was really the flagship analogue portastudio amazing what the could get on 1/8 inch tape

I was amazed how heavy and how big the machine was must be 15 kilos maybe,

Nearly all the boards inside are with connectors so its one  that can be serviced easier

Just Tascam used crappy pcb material so this board ic very commonly broken as the heat sink at the back gets a bash, I do not understand for the sake of a dollar or two more they could not use a better quality pcb.

I have a -01 variant and a -02, the -02 has all the fuses linked across so maybe I will find a new fuse board for that
