Tascam 488 Teac 8 track erase head 53786017

This is a very very rare head it was used in a Tascam 488 though maybe its in some others

Eight tracks on 1/8 inch tape insane, later they used two 4 track heads but this is the original.

Its been carefully and professionally re-lapped and tested good by the lapping factory and comes with its test report,never had one before so wanted to be sure.

Oh and did I say its rare .
